With apologises to all other Olympic sports I can do soccer as easily as I can breath. Unfortunately I've been drinking since 16:00 and I can't be bothered to learn all these new names. However in the first-half of the women's Olympic soccer final Japan were awarded a free kick which a USA defender clearly and deliberately blocked with her arm in the penalty area. However the referee waved play on and the match finished 2-1 to the USA meaning they win the gold medal. Now I'm old enough to remember Wimbledon in their John Fashanu, Vinnie Jones days and even I think there's a point were dirty just becomes out and out cheating.
20:40 on 9/8/12. I wonder what's significant about that date?
