Another Outstanding Contribution From The Department of Work and Pensions

On the 18th July 2008 I made and application to them for sickness benefit backdated to 30th January 2008, the date the previous claim ended.

Today they sent me a letter saying "We have received your claim but you have made it from the wrong date. You wish to claim from July 18th."

It would be a bit stupid of them to send this to me just so I could send a note back saying "Er no, actually I can read dates off a calender, sorry if English is your second languauge". I can only assume then that they've sent it to me in the hope that I will be in such a financially and emotionally distressed state that I will accept anything they tell me and they'll be able to save themselves the about £1500 which I'm entitled too.

While such a move is deeply sinister and conspiratorial there is nothing special or unusual about it. This is just standard practice in our country where so much is wasted on subsidised jobs and social engineering follies the government has to pinch and steal pennies off people who really need them.

On a more suspicious note I've discovered that I, through no fault of my own, have been re-subscribed to a magazine called Disability Now! which has the subtitle "Your rights, Your voice, Your Life." which everyday read less and less like a campaign slogan and more and more like items off Gordon Browns To Do List.

According to the front cover, which is as far as I can get with the magazine seeing as I can't be bothered to open the wrapper, Social Care in the UK is in crisis. Can't imagine why.

Oh and just editied to add; If anyone is thinking of complaining about me claiming state benefits I would just like to point out that by my planning I should have been off them two years ago and pay tax it's just certain people decided that would never be permitted to happen so no-ones as pissed off as me that I'me having to go through this farce yet again.

The alrgest ethnic group in China is known as the Han Chinese.

Therefore if one group of Chinese people sell their business to another group of Chineses people you could say that it has "changed Hans" rather then the usual British expression "changed Hands". So even though it broke the Marx brothers three rules of comedy (No puns, No Puns and No puns!) I thought that was quite a good joke although if you have to explain it then I guess it's just not funny anymore.

Going back to the other point from yesterday the language of the metaphor's used are very important because by referring to me as a "criminal" and those who act against me as "witnesses" you are enforcing the mis-representation that I am doing something wrong and the Anna's and Sadie's of this world are acting for some nobler cause then simply lining their own pockets. So by doing this, far from helping, people are just making it far more difficult for the state to make the essential and unavoidable U-Turn they have ahead of them.

If anyone is still operating under the delusion that I have done something wrong then it seems like a good time to look at my list of alleged "crimes"

The Bush Visit, November 2003. Here I informed a police intelligence officer that there was a high possibility of serious public disorder at the demonstrations which accompanied the visit. Given the level of anger following the invasion of Iraq this was hardly an outrageous statement to make. As a response the police stepped up the policing of the event and no serious disorder occurred. Now while I'm not arrogant enough to suggest that this action should have been rewarded with a good citizen award I certainly don't think it warranted the death sentence which the state tried and failed to carry out the weekend of the Beslen massacre.

Live 8, July 2005. Here I passed a document that could have been entitled "How the Live 8 concert could descend into a riot." The result of this was that the police stepped up their security operation and no riot occurred. As no riot happened it would be very hard to argue that this was and act of conspiracy especially as my alleged co-conspirator was the Metropolitan Police.

Israel-Lebanon War, Summer 2006. Here I contacted a nation which has good links to Hezbollah and sent them a message the main body of which was, although I put it more diplomatically, that Hezbollah should cut that shit out. A phrase I believe I borrowed from a one Mr George W Bush. As a result Hezbollah agreed to the ceasefire and the war ended. I believe that Hezbollah have not attacked Israel since.

Iran Hostage Crisis, Spring 2007. Here I contacted the Iranian government and told them, in diplomatic terms, to give the sailors back. Iran listened and the sailors were returned 4 days later. No mean feat considering the sailors were in Iranian waters when they were captured. This can't be considered high treason because the UK and Iran were not at war at the time time. Nor can it be considered low treason because I only offered my private opinion rather then any UK state secret. If the British state have a problem with that incident then I believe there are still flights to Tehran available so they can return the sailors to Iranian custody anytime they like.

Then of course we have the Anna incident where, in the course of what we've all been assured was a free and fair contest, she attacked me with a weapon. Using a high degree of skill I turned that weapon back on her and she was killed in the course of her attack. Pretty much the same thing happened with Sadie and the only thing I have to regret from the incidents were their decision to attack me but I can't be held responsible for other peoples decisions.

If anyone feels they have something to add to the above list then there is, as always, a post comment button below and I suggest they use it because it is awful hard to show remorse for offences I'm not aware I committed.

Ladies and gentlemen this is why I hate living in Croydon

My local fish and chip shop is owned, as they tend to be, by a Chinese family. This particular one has just switched ownership from one Chinese family to another. The other day my dad told me this and I responded, quick as a flash;

"Oh, so they've changed Hans."

And he just looked at me blankly. Which is a shame because I was either expecting laughter or a lecture on Marx's rules.

I wasn't going to post today but I've been getting the feeling the some people are claiming I've been showing disregard for "democratic process" by failing to comment on the long running "Anonymous Witness" saga which started a few weeks back when the law lords ruled that in fact yes defendants have the right to face their accusers and no, witnesses giving evidence in criminal trails cannot be protected from cross examination. This came to a head yesterday when a £6million, multi-year trial collapsed.

I should explain that I hadn't commented on this because for me to consider it part of the "democratic process" I would have had to engage in the fantasy that I had committed a crime, been arrested for a crime, charged with a crime and put on trial for a crime. I would also of had to believe that to be considered a "witness"our dear Sadie had in fact produced something vaguely resembling useful testimony against me. Unless I've been in one hell a depressive fugue none of those events have occurred rendering the language of the metaphor invalid.

Also I was quite sure whether or not I wanted to labour the point that if we had an successful state, witnesses would have no need to hide behind anonymity because we would have an effective witness relocation process.

OR

That I thought holding a £6million, multi-year trial to establish what everybody else already knows could be considered just a little bit wasteful.

Tuesday 24 June 2008

So it turns out I'm at a bit of a loose end this week.

To regular readers that should come as no great surprise but this week was meant to be different. This week I was meant to have a whole host of things to get my teeth into. The most important of which was to be Zimbabwe's election because despite what the Great British lie machine says I'm not yet so fucked up by the game I can't tell the difference between right and wrong. It's just a shame that on that point I appear to be something of a minority.

In preparation for Friday I should at this point be doing research for a game plan the details of which you will excusing for me going into detail over as some elements may still be put to use.

So while my comments against Mr Tsvangari on Sunday were made with blood in the eyes and therefore needlessly harsh I can't help but feeling he blinked at the wrong moment. If I bear some responsibility for that I accept it but I feel that British Intelligence should shoulder at least some of the burden because it could have all been avoided if they'd been prepared to tell a simple lie rather then stick to their "conditions impossible" rhetoric. That strategy was especially disappointing because the meeting yesterday proved that conditions are in fact so far from being impossible it would require someone to actively destroy evidence to prevent them from being met.

Now the other big event of the week was that my Grandmother was scheduled for surgery on Thursday. While it was only going to be a hip replacement there is no such thing as major surgery on a 87 year old. As I mentioned before rather then being carried out at a local hospital it was due to be carried out at a regional centre quite a distance away. All this meant the words of the week were set to be "fluid" and "flexible" especially as next week could have been spent arranging an funeral. Yesterday, amid the chaos, we got a phone call informing us that the surgery would have to be postponed because they'd discovered a heart murmur so I guess those eight months of dehydration had a price tag after all.

Monday 23 June 2008

Well I've gone done had an adventure.

That's right today has been the day of the much vaunted meeting. The excitement began early on when i tried to print out a copy of the agenda. Obviously my computer then froze up meaning I had the choice between turning up on time totally unprepared or make my self late with 40 minutes of swearing and fucking about with printer cables. I chose the latter and arrived at the station just in time to discover that my train had been cancelled. This meant I had to go on some long arsed trawl around Croydon changing trains twice. This all meant I turned up about 20 minutes late.

The meeting began by addressing the first allegation of my complaint which was that it had not been carried out under the correct mechanism. The chair responded by stating that as far as they were concerned it had been carried out correctly to which I responded;

"Do you have case law to back that up?"

They said; "Yes we do."

So I said; "Can you tell me what it is?"

and they said; "No!"

Sensing a bit of a lost cause I moved on and said; "If the initial investigation was carried out under a different mechanism how can the second investigation conclude that it's findings were accurate?"

To which the chair responded: "Because we say so!"

Again sensing a bit of conversational brick wall we moved on to the second point which was that Peter Beckett who carried out the second investigation had libellously claim I had only lodged the complaint because I'm a homophobe with something against lesbians. It turns out that although the relevant sentences had somehow not found their way into the official record Mr Beckett had retracted the comments which he never made.

With that settled we got on to the third allegation which was that the investigation had been carried out in such away as to prevent evidence being found. Here the chair said; "We think that Peter Beckett carried out the investigation properly."

Here we hit on a bit of a technical point which you'll excuse me for not going into in detail when all of a sudden a giant legal elephant leapt into the room and started trumpeting at the top of it's voice;

"Oh shit, oh shit, oh shit! You've carried out three investigations and not one of them has even attempted to address the fundamental accusation."

This shocking event caused the trustees to agree that they will need to "Clarify certain points".

In practical terms this means that they will go back and look at the evidence again to see if the person whom the allegation is against has filled in a pieace of paper correctly. If she has, she will incriminate herself and prove me right leading to her termination. If she hasn't she has proved she can't do her job properly leading to her termination.

Although this produces a great deal of hope I suspect the trustees will rather unsurprisingly conclude that the fact this document no longer exists will prove I am lying (despite the fact I evidence to the contrary) rather then the fact the young lady in question can't do her job. But hey it's all a free and fair election.

In other news it appears i must down doff my cap, drop to my knees and give glorious thanks the gifts then British State has bestow me. You see, as I may have mentioned, last week my grandmother underwent a pre-surgery healthcheck. After drawing blood, taking the piss and having a week to carry out scientific experiment this concluded my grandmother is dehydrated.

As a result, today, a leading charity held a press conference stating that old people need to drink more water. This led to the news drip feeding the message that old people need to drink more water because dehydration causes trips and falls straight into my grandmother mind. Problem is that I knew about the problems of her fluid balance a good eight months ago. In fact I believe I raised the issue with my mother on a number of occasions. It's a shame then that because I just mentally retarded child who needs to be protected we couldn't act on the issue sooner.

In response to events yesterday the British Parliament went through the motions of condemning Zimbabwe. The highlights of this was Gordon Brown standing up and saying; "It is clear this regime needs to be changed" or words to that effect. At this point the backbenchers did have the good grace to giggle.

William Hauge then stood up and called for; Tougher sanctions, Mugabe being brought up before ICC and African Union peacekeepers being sent to the country. He said this with such an arsehole I can only suspect he's pissed off at me so I have to swear hand on heart I didn't not hear his comments yesterday before I made mine.

That was shit. I'm drunk. Thank you and good night.

You're getting at least two posts today you lucky, lucky people.

This evening I've got that much hyped meeting with the local charity. This would cause a degree of suspense but in case you didn't notice the omens from Zimbabwe have already made it quite clear this meeting is going nowhere. This does of course raise the question of why British Intelligence lacked the where with all to lie seeing as it's what they do best.

The big news of the morning is that the Doctors treating Amy Winehouse have announced that although she has a life threatening infection that needs to be cleared she will flourish just as long as she stops smoking.

Ignoring the fact that Amy Winehouse ceased being a useful allegory in November 2007 and since then has been nothing more then a shining example of what the state does best I'm uplifted by this news. Uplifted but concerned because I would really like the opportunity to see her preform before I put much faith in the gin lane talk.

I mean I would hate to think that this whole thing is being run on the principle of Schrodinger's cat whereby she can be considered both gloriously alive and horrifically dead at the same time provided nobody's allowed to open the box to check one way or another.

It's a shame then that her people can't talk to my people so my people can then sit me down and explain how things are going. It's a real shame because this sort of contact would go along way to convince me that despite all the evidence to the contrary the British State can achieve even the smallest success. It might even give my people the angle they require to squeeze little bits of information out of me.

Sunday 22 June 2008

Another resounding success from British Intelligence!

As I mentioned earlier Zimbabwe's opposition MDC have pulled out of Fridays presidential poll. This means that there is now no other option then for the incumbent Robert Mugabe to be lawfully re-elected as the countries legitimate President for another six year term. As Zimbabwe's economy and society are in a state of collapse with inflation running at over 1,000,000% (they stopped counting long ago) and the average life expectancy down to a mere 40 years it is clear this cannot be called a good result.

What needs to be done about Zimbabwe's troubles has long been a cause for much debate with the political right claiming that Mugagbe needs to be deposed so the country can be opened up to a World Bank Economic Structural Adjustment Plan. It has been suggested that this plan focus heavily on turning Zimbabwe's farmland over to white farmers and replacing the countries currency with the US dollar. The left have claimed that the MDC are nothing more then stooges for western government and electing them into power will only make the situation much worse by throwing the country to the world bank wolves.

Personally I think that in this case it is the political right who are correct for three key reasons;

  1. If the World Bank will not put money into Zimbabwe then nobody will invest in Zimbabwe. Given the way the world works then if there is no investment then there is no hope for Zimbabwe.
  2. Hard as it may be to believe since the street fighting days of Seattle and Genoa the world bank has at least some way to cleaning up it's act. This is the product of the actions of many brave people of whom I cannot count myself as one. The British Government should be more then well aware of these people and these changes for the better because for the last decade it's security services have been falling over themselves trying to put those people in prison.
  3. This Autumn's election in the United States will see a black candidate with with an African grandmother going up against a party who's only saving grace over the last eight years is it's record on development in Africa. This unprecedented event would have provided the perfect backdrop to make sure that Zimbabwe's reconstruction would be done as fairly as possible.

In short 2008 represented Zimbabwe's best chance to move away from it's unstable present into a more prosperous future.

It is then an unforgivable shame that in the run-up to the March vote British intelligence's position was to actively campaign for Robert Mugabe. It was this unexpected support which meant that without any serious attempts at vote rigging Mugabe was able to make sure that the MDC did not achieve the majority it needed to remove him from office.

This crass stupidity, with some suicidal American arm twisting, caused the MDC's Secretary General Tendai Biti to falsely announce that his party had won the vote. After this textbook act of treason, which has since landed Mr Biti in jail, it was impossible for the MDC to contest or win an election campaign with any shred of credibility.

With this catalogue of failures already committed there was no other option for removing Mugabe then to coax him in to calling a rapid run-off vote. Inexplicably British Intelligence and the Prime Minister Gordon Brown decided it would be a much better idea to talk tough, bang their drum at the UN and slow the entire process down.

Unsurprisingly this plan did not work and the inevitable run-off vote was finally announced for June 27th giving Mr Mugabe plenty of time to organise a campaign of vote rigging and violence. It was in the face of this violence that the MDC today announced that they would not contest the vote meaning that Mr Mugabe can with more then a hint of credibility call himself the elected President of Zimbabwe. It also meant that hundreds of people have been beaten and tortured for nothing. It means that 85 people have been killed for nothing and it means that Mr Biti is now in jail facing a death penalty he will find it hard to escape for nothing.

I am not yet sure of the best way to move forward from this unfortunate situation but I do know what British Intelligence will approach the problem. Quite simply they're going to do what they always do; try and get tough by ratcheting up sanctions with some already talking about blocking fuel, food and money into the country because nothing helps alleviate poverty like making people poorer. They are no doubt going to call for charges to be brought against Mr Mugabe at the international criminal court and they may also try sending in an African Union force the likes of which have done so much to improve the situations in Somalia and Sudan. Basically as usual they're going to throw their weight about and achieve nothing.

on a side note I would like to take the opportunity to point out to someone on a completely different issue that it's not sadism, it's an issue of practical reality. If you have an alternative solution I would love to hear it.

Look at that, not a single reply.

Although family friends serving long enough prison sentences were obviously excused I was expecting yesterday's challenge to produce a never ending list of spooks, civil servants and mental health professionals queueing up to tell me how much they'd helped do my work for me but it appears they've got nothing to say for themselves.

Well obviously they've have always got something to say for themselves because I've been hit by a flurry of data talking about loans, bankruptcy, debt and credit scores. I presume this is being done to remind of those debts I was forced to build up when the DWP somehow expected me to pay my food bills, fuel bills and £56p/w rent shortfall out of a £44p/w payment.

It is a timely moment for them to bring this all up because as of July 1st 2008 the value of my debts are matched almost exactly by the amount of money a certain young lady has bled out of the public purse for precisely zero return so I feel a civil recovery action coming on.

If you ask me it's almost poetically ironic that a silly young girl who tired to steal my life is left with my work prospects and debts which it would appear at the moment is all I'm worth. Of course if the stomach for that doesn't exist there is always a certain dirty bank that has happily been throwing much larger sums of money at much less worthwhile causes in such away as to suggest they could solve that problem without batting and eyelid.

In other news the MDC have pulled out of the Zimbabwe election offering proof, it it were needed, that they lack the moral fibre to solve Zimbabwe's problems.

At the oil summit in Jiddah Gordon Brown has urged the international community to work together to tackle the rising cost of fuel. This is a bit rich considering that as Prime Minister of an oil producing nation he has been instrumental in causing the current astronomical cost of fuel.

Dr Raj Persaud.

Although I thought all plagiarism claims had been quite comprehensively addressed in Thursdays "Classified post" I would appear that I was wrong because this week "Celebrity Psychiatrist" Dr Raj Persaud has been found guilty of the offence by the General Medical Council.

While many people in the UK will be familiar with Dr Raj from his media work I must confess that I actually know him in a more professional capacity. Aside from his work with TV gods Richard&Judy Dr Persaud also spent a long time working as a consultant (senior Dr in UK terms) with my local community mental health team so my sister was directly under his care on more then one occasion.

When I say "care" what I really mean is that he followed the NHS's standard operating protocols for treating anorexics. This involves taking a dangerously malnourished girl into hospital. Force feeding her until her weight goes back up. Discharging her into a low paid job. Sitting and watching while her weight drops to the point where a cold winters day could cause heart failure. Readmit them to hospital, forced feed, release. Repeat ad neuseam over the next five to ten years.

In fact you could say that my sisters treatment didn't really start having an effect until late 2003, early 2004 when I arrived on the scene and started telling my truths to anybody who would listen. Clearly this phenomenon has been explain away as either a massive coincidence or by the state claiming that they suddenly started doing me a favour rather then simply beginning to repay the huge debt they owed to my father.

The GMC ruled that by committing the offences of plagiarism Dr Pasaud had "Brought his profession into disrepute" and "Impaired his fitness to practice.". Much as I like the guy I have to say that my experience of him and his peers can only add credence to that ruling.

However I do hope that this affair leads to the setting of the precedent that anyone in the provision of mental health services in Croydon who attempt to steal someone else's work and pass it off as their own can expect to have the employment rapidly terminated with extreme prejudice.

In the interests of giving academic credit where it is due I would like to recognise the efforts of the following people in the ADHD case;

  • The woman on the bus who in the course of a mobile phone conversation used the phrase "Well that's to be expected, her kids got ADHD!"

  • Dr Charles Bradley who introduced the use of stimulants to treat the condition way back in 1937

If anyone else feels they can stake a claim to the issue there is a "post comment" button at the bottom of this post and I suggest they use it to explain exactly how they were active int he process.

Friday 20 June 2008

Is that the sight of desperation I seen before me?

Last night my forensic psychologist neighbour was once again shining her spotlight into my bedroom window and today my street was awash with health visitors, council officials and social workers. The most prominent of these was a lady who sat outside my house in her car while talking frantically on her mobile phone. Presumably she'd just been to visit the girls living in the council house next to me to ask if they've had much contact with the neighbours recently. She was probably also interested to know if they'd spent much time in the garden now that their brand new council brought washing line was up and running.

As I was leaving my house I gave her a little bit of a wave and she responded with a right guilty look before starting up her car and driving off. I suppose of course if I did something like that outside Enterprise House I would be rapidly brought up on charges of intimidation and threatening behaviour.

Then I got a text message from my mother asking if I wanted to go for a meal with her tomorrow. I responded by saying that it depended on whether or not she was prepared to offer me constructive support or whether she was still in the grips of the obsessional belief that shitty, 60 hour a week, minimum wage jobs were all her children are worth. She still hasn't replied but no doubt as we speak someone she works with is asking her if she thinks the way that I am withdrawing her is similar to the way my sister became withdrawn so I guess it's a good job we're not talking much these days.

I have to say that I am at a loss to understand why certain people still think this farcical and expensive way of going about things is preferable to apologising, making restitution and then having a grown up conversation but then I can't be too surprised because these are the same people who when finally coming into contact with my mate with ADHD turned round and said "Cor he's really easy to deal with!" without even the vaguest hint of irony.

Later I went shopping with my dad, well I went the shopping he just wandered up and down the aisles seeking out his next victim. He finally settled on a woman in a wheelchair and her teenage daughter. Personally I thought that was a bit low because they'd clearly suffered enough without having to waste time talking to him.

When I got home I noticed the story of George Markov was doing the rounds again. For those of you who aren't familiar with the story Mr Markov was a defector from Communist Bulgaria who was working as something of a dissident for BBC world service radio. On September 7th 1978 Markov was walking across Waterloo bridge when he was stabbed in the leg with the tip of an umbrella. The umbrella contained an air gun which fired a ricin packed pellet into Markov's leg. After a short illness Markov finally died on September 11th.

I don't know why this story has been brought up again but every time I hear it I wish someone would do the same thing to me because if I have no right to live I may as well be killed. It's just a shame that the last time British Intelligence tried to assassinate me they missed and ended up killing several of my friends.

It turns out I owe the people of Bristol an apology.

They haven't been awarded £100million to teach people how to ride a bike. They only been awarded £25million and it's not just to teach people how to ride bikes, it also includes a bike rental scheme.

Sadly I cannot apologise for my comments about my grandmother and fathers day yesterday because that was a truthful account of events. It is hardly my fault if reality does not reflect well on my country.

I should apologise for the comments about the British Oppression demo because some people they breached national security. As it was my idea and I have never signed the official secrets act I was unaware of how it could be a national security issue and was under the impression it was in fact an issue of intellectual property rights.

I'm at a loss to see how I should apologise for mentioning the letter from business links because it's a publically available service and despite what the sender thought they were doing I can only consider the sending of that letter to be offensive and the prominence of it's return address was given makes it a highly offensive act that was designed to elicit a negative response. Besides I have already made it quite clear that until action is taken to resolve the situation then the situation remains the same because sadly the repeated lying and attempts at deception means I can only accept tangible actions as proof rather then mere weasel words and apparent footdragging.

None of that should matter of course because as I've been told many times before once a state plan is in motion nothing can be done to stop it.

Thursday 19 June 2008

Once again Bristol's suckling hard on the taxpayers teat.

If the central government grant to provide taxi Marshall's to hail cabs for Bristolians wasn't enough the council have just been awarded £100 million to teach it's citizens how to ride a bike. Apparently this all part of a green initiative to encourage people out of their cars which makes Bristol rather an odd place to trial it because it's always struck me as something of a pedestrian town.

Today my grandmother's gone to have a pre-surgery assessment. Normally this would be done at her local hospital but for some reason she's been shipped all the way to Epsom to test out one of those new fangled Polyclinic thingies. Well i suppose they did promise my father that if he served the British State the would provide the best for him and his family.
Speaking of my father he's gone with my grandmother and is currently more then a little stressed out because he's discovering that the allegedly generous pension he was provided after 30 years of loyal service to the state just isn't enough to cope with the current rise in prices.

All this has actually worked out quite well for me because it's given me the rarest of rare things - a bit of peace and quiet. With lots of heavy duty news stories floating around at the moment it only seems fair that I look at some of them in more detail but which one to choose?

With the Home Secretary talking about the case of Abu Qatada with more then a raised eyebrow (let him leave the country/don't let him leave the country?) I could talk about that or with more details of the female solider killed in Afghanistan coming out (she was involved in psy-ops apparently) there is certainly plenty to discuss. Instead however I am going to take the opportunity to discuss my adventures of the Waterloo to Ascot railway line in more detail because it's certainly topical.

I became very familiar with that route travelling up and down it over the hot summer of 2006 to visit my sister who was in hospital in Guilford. At the same time I was also running up and down between London and Brighton to help a friend deal with some of his more ill-advised lifestyle choices all while being in the process of moving house.

As if all this wasn't stressful enough it was all being done against the backdrop of the Israel - Lebanon war and the liquid bomb plots and the rail service was being a right arsehole with delayed trains, cancelled trains, trackside fires and power cuts. Events eventually came to a head on the day that the climate campers were marching on Drax, my sister had her ward round and those strange little men tried starting a fight with me on the train. I only mention all this because I would love to know how my favourite porcine princess was being allowed to prepared for what was always intended to be a free and fair fight.

Over a period of many days sitting more frequently standing on platforms I noticed two distinct headlines in the news papers; protests were being expected because of the Lebanon war and Al Qeda had been trying to blow up airliners flying from heathrow airport. This got me thinking that perhaps it would be a good idea if somehow the ant-war protesters and the Muslim Extremists could be brought closer together. It was a good job I had no way to act on these thoughts because it was clearly a criminal idea. Such a criminal idea that when MI5 finally got to hear about it they decided to nick it straight away and brought us the "Muslims Rise Against British Oppression!" demonstration. You may not have heard much about this protest because being an MI5 led operation it was shit and only about 15 people turned up.

In more up to date events today I got a letter from Business Links, a government run organisation based in Wooburn Green offering me a free guide to starting my own business. To me this sounds like a very expensive way for the tax payer to get me to re-read my A-Level business studies course but I sent off for it anyway because I'm especially looking forward to the chapter entitled; "How to stop the British State behaving like and aggressive, plagiarising fiasco."

Wednesday 18 June 2008

Sorry about yesterday it appears I forgot to grovel.

I should also apologise for the four British Soldiers that were killed in Afghanistan. Although I don't know where they were killed, how they were killed or have any contact with the people that killed as far as the British State is concerned I will have to wear the responsibility for their deaths.

Obviously if that were the case I would expect them to arrest me, charge me and put me on trial but they won't because that would only serve to underline the fact that it is more their fault then it is mine. Instead they're going to hide behind their extra-legal methods which will cause me more cruel and unusual punishment.

Today I went and handed my forms into the Department of Work and Pensions where I learned that despite all the help and co-operation I gave last time I went through the process the process has changed not one bit. This can only lead me to conclude one of two things;
Either the government has no interest in improving this country and secretly want to run it into the ground OR this current system of passing information across ineffective ciphers just isn't working.

I also learnt another interesting thing that there is no legal requirement for me to undergo a "return to work interview" or a "medical assessment" because the infamous "Decision Maker" can make their decision purely on the documentation already in my file and the report of the doctors currently treating me. If the government decides that it wants to take that sensible option then the whole thing will be resolved in just under three weeks. This can be cut to two days if they decide my case receives the "Special attention" which it normally attracts.

Sadly though they won't be going for that option though because they're still operating under the misguided impression that I will be bringing something vaguely resembling a game to either of those meetings and they will be able study that game to make sure that even more people are refused benefits they are entitled too.

I won't be prepared to do that though because it would represent a clear breach of the pay first:work second credit agreement I've been forced to sign the British Government up to after a generation of acting as a bad debtor.

Of course people will claim that now I've stated that position my life will become more difficult. This simply isn't true because over the last two years I've been told time and time again that once a state plan has been put into motion it is like a runaway train and nothing that anybody says or does can stop it crashing into a fiery wreck. So either nothing I say or do know will have any effect on the situation or the state has been lying for two years.

Today my grandmother has been to the house of lords

Which is very exciting and a conversation I have in front of me.

More importantly today I've been the see my General Practitioner and he has very cordially agreed to renew my prescription for another month. He also gave me a sick note for one month which I will tomorrow submit to the department of work and pensions. In six to eight weeks they will write back asking me to come in for an "all work interview". In another six to eight weeks they will invite in for a "medical assessment", despite all the evidence this will conclude that in fact I am fit for work and deny me any benefit payments.

Obviously I will then challenge this decision and at some point in late December the DWP will decide that they will pay me from the date in December. All the while the British State will be running round town claiming that they have given me something.

That was a bit of a wasted afternoon.

I was meant to go and see my Occupational Therapist this afternoon but she phoned up to cancel because she needs more time to come to the conclusion that the only option for me to move forward with my treatment has been taken away by state violence.

I have to say I was a bit disappointed because I was hoping she use the time as an opportunity to explain to me why it's in any ones best interests for me to avoid taking an option that will work in favour of throwing my life away to act as an unpaid guinea pig in a government experiment that was based on a false assumption.

There's another appointment due in July hopefully by which time the government has decided that it wants to ratify the treaty although at the moment their position seems to be an unshakable "We think Sadie will save the day" which to me at least sounds akin to "We want failure, we want failure!"

Damn my computer was being sulky yesterday.

Currently I'm being held hostage by this strange death cult known as the Labouroons. This strange group believe that because of a unholy miracle between a cow and a goldfish they been absolved of human fallibility and had bestowed upon them the gift of perfect knowledge.

As this group is so deluded that it cannot cope with the logical proposition that those with perfect knowledge don't need to ask questions it's clear I'm not going to be permitted my freedom anytime soon.

For this reason I decided to do a little bit of research on Stockholm syndrome the documented phenomenon where people placed in abusive situations begin to bond with their abusers and start doing them favours. As soon as I stuck the term into Google my computer froze up and went into a sulk as if discussion of the sickness was no longer permitted.

That's a bit of a shame because I was looking for something of a self-help guide with easy to follow exercises I could practice at home to speed me into the belief that I should help those who seem intent on harming me. As it appears no such guide is available I guess I'll have to look for other options to make this malicious situation somehow more bearable. So far all I've come up with is;

  • Full lobotomy to remove the bits of my brain that deal with logical reasoning. I'm not keen on this idea because the amount of brain that will have to be removed may well require the application of a 9mm to the left temple.

  • Amnesia drugs administered in large enough doses as to remove any memory of everything I have seen, heard or done in the last 26 years of my life. Problem is I'm not sure any such substance exists.
If anyone out there has got any better suggestions I would love to hear them but to put things another way - God I'm bored! And it's not that good sort of boredom either, the sort that encourages you to go and do something. It's that bad sort of boredom that will only bleed over into things you normally enjoy and infuse them will the dull gray of futility.

Anyway that's me for today, enjoy the rest of your afternoon.

Well Thank God that's Over!!

Yesterday morning the hot water tap in my bathroom failed. Not only did it fail but it failed open. Meaning the sound track to the last 30 hours of my life has been the thundering crescendo of expensive hot water being wastefully thundered against cold hard porcelain.

If water torture wasn't mind destroyingly irritating enough the motors that pump cold water into the hot water tank and then from the water tank to the tap have been whirring away in overdrive. As we discovered the stop cock valve had also rusted open we had to wait for a central heating engineer to turn up in order to disconnect the pump and allow the water tank to drain. Now that has happened peace and serenity has finally returned.

Although it was just one of those things ( I should know, I broke the tap, sh!) the whole incident did provide a wonderful back-drop to the day because it caused lots of conversations with my dad along the lines of;

"You stupid man! We've been able to see this coming for ages. Why didn't you get it sorted much earlier? Did you seriously think if you ignored the problem long enough it would just magically go away?"

And him going;

"Now we've got to replace all the pipes and stop valves, that's going to be expensive."

and me saying;

"I know it's going to be expensive for you but sadly that doesn't mean you'll be able to avoid doing it. You really shouldn't have let the problem get this bad in the first place."

It would appear though that I wasn't the only one having meltdowns yesterday because we had the surprising news that Shadow Home Secretary, David Davies, has resigned his seat in Parliament in order to trigger a by-election which he intends to fight on the issue of the counter-terrorism act.

While that decision was clearly one he made himself after a rush of blood to his head it is interesting to see that he is now being vilified as a coward. This is strange because I fail to see how being prepared to risk a £60,000 a year job to fight against an issue that and alleged 67% of the UK population agree with is an act of a coward.

What I do think is cowardly though is the way that New Labour appear to be trying to avoid standing a candidate to defend a policy they seem to believe it right instead trying to strong arm the Sun into putting up a candidate for them. I do however hope all this talk of cowardice is not a reference to me and my current situation because that will only cause me to discuss the principles of the so called "Great Game" in more detail.

In other news my bank account has rather illogically slipped in to debit, my benefit entitlements are not being paid and I've received a letter stating the Student Loan Company are still operating under the impression my debts are to be repaid. I'm hoping this mis-calculations haven't been made in the hope that the threat of financial implosion will encourage me to engage with my OT because as we've already established I have far more to offer her then she has to me.

Corrections and clarifications.

As yesterday's post was rather long I'd like to re-visit some of the issues raised.

Firstly at the time I was writing there was the breaking news story that the UK Security Services (SS) had left documents detailing Al Queda's strength and weaknesses these documents were then handed tot he BBC by a member of the public. Obviously this was a showbiz story designed to encourage debate of the issue it raised.

Today the Channel 4 lesbians are playing up the element of the ease at which government secrets fall into the hands of the BBC. This is because they're feeling understandably at little humilated by the fact they've been on the wrong side of the story for at least the last two years. Personally the story reminded me of that occasion where on a train returning from Guilford I was exposed to the full 15 man MI5 surveillance cell.

In spite of the fact I was at the top of my emotions following an argument with my sister who was in a psychiatric hospital and about 8 pints down on that occasion they told me more about their operations then I told them about mine. The channel 4 lesbians still to this day refuse to accept that incident ever occurred even though it does rather support my assertion that the SS are in fact a bit shit.

The second point is that it is worth noting the father of young lady I alluded to in yesterdays post has signed the official secrets act in his role as an engineering consultant to the Ministry of Defence. To put that in more clear terms this means the state has already attempted to raise that girl. Their efforts landed her in a mental hospital so for all their braying today that they know how to make her better the balance of evidence suggests otherwise.

Thirdly if anyone feels that anything I posted yesterday actually broke laws rather then just bruising egos I suggest they attempt to mount a prosecution through the appropriate channels because I am getting sick and tired of prosecution without trial.

Counter Terrorism Bill 2008.

Today the UK parliament voted in favour of the Counter Terrorism Bill 2008 by nine votes which ironically came from a political party linked to loyalist paramilitaries.

This act governs the way in which the UK security services, MI5, MI6, GCHQ and the police will attempt to protect the UK from the threat of Islamic and other forms of terrorism.

For a number of years I have been in the rare position of being able to experience the activities of the UK security services first hand, in fact you could say I was born into it. This allows me to share with you the most secret of all official secrets; The UK security services aren't particularly good at what they do.

In my case alone they have made a number of shocking errors including but not limited too;

Encouraging "known associates" of mine to act as informers against me yet failing to grasp the very basic concept that the information would be tainted because the reason the person is associated with me is because I slept their girlfriend.

They have offered often large financial incentives to people will to act as infiltrators and saboteurs in my activities yet failed to realise that the offering of such incentives would only encourage these people to overstate their ability to complete that task.

Mistake like these have meant that despite deploying a high degree of resources against me they have only achieved a rather dull stalemate so it comes as no surprise to me that the UK's security services are unable to deal with domestic terrorist threats or secure British interests abroad.

In my opinion the security services inability to succeed in even the simplest task stems mainly from the way it recruits and retains staff. This process often follows three distinct phases;

  1. Identify a candidate with a specific weakness. In low level cases this can be something as simple a need for money to support a drug habit. When recruiting higher level staff it is normally something more complex as demonstrated by MI5's obsession in the mid-late 1990's of recruiting freshly liberated lesbians, a demographic that appears to have come of age in the last few years. More recently they attempted to recruit the 1st generation of educated black women who no longer fitted into the traditional black stereotype nor fitted into a predominately white graduate culture which expects to be able to name ever hip-hop artist ever. A more specific example would be that of a young lady with a chequered sexual history who had been socially isolated by two years living with her parents before a year living in a foreign country.
  2. Convince the candidate that they wish to join the service. This can be done by attempting to convince the candidate that the service can solve their particular weakness. More often though it is done by appealing to the vanity and telling them that rather then being misfits and malcontents they are in fact a special member of a master race and are needed to protect and control the less enlightened ones in society. This is demonstrated beautifully by the language used on the http://www.brightlondon.co.uk/ website which I suspect is a front organization for recruitment.
  3. Make the candidate totally dependent on the service. In the case of actual officers this is done by simply getting them to sign the official secrets act because "previous experience infiltrating and destroying companies such as yours" doesn't look good on a CV even if they were allowed to write it. For candidates whose role requires a degree of plausible deniability this control is exerted by less overt means such as getting the candidate to sign up with the services preferred bank, mortgage provider, telephone provider, insurance company, Energy Company etc. Often assets are also encouraged to marry and have children because the desire to keep that relationship going makes them less likely to disobey. Sadly the right to life of these spouses and children is rarely an operational concern.

This immensely exploitative and abusive recruitment process means that rather then attracting the best in their field to the service of the country they are in fact only recruiting those in their field who are so stupid they cannot see through the conspiracy and realise that recruitment will only ever work to their disadvantage. This deception is why the service is desperately clinging to Sadie and Anna, not because either of those women will become successful but because they want to avoid sending out the message to potential recruits that the service will not turn on its own. A position which based on the experience of my father and his peers is one I know to be wholly untrue.

A recruitment process which seems specifically designed to exclude perceptive people may be fine if you are hoping to recruit drivers and mechanics but is unforgivable when attempting to recruit people whose main role is to see through others plots and certainly explains the UK security services inability to break terrorist plots.

If we had a strong government it would respond to the news that the UK Security Services cannot achieve in 28 days what their Canadian counterparts can achieve in just one by challenging the way those security service operates and force them to make changes that would allow them to do the job they are being paid to carry out. Sadly though we have Gordon Browns government who possess neither the brains nor the balls to make tough decisions. This means that they have once again shirked their responsibility to the country and passed yet another repressive counter terrorism bill. Presumably the only way they manage to sleep at night is by convincing themselves that bringing the paranoid, bigoted and often violent gangsterism of the espionage world out of the shadows and into mainstream society they are somehow making mainstream society a richer place.
The part of the bill you are all most familiar with is;

Part 2, section 22: The power to increase pre-charge detention from 28 to 42 days. This has received the most media attention because it represents the clearest attack on the cornerstone of the British legal system - habeus corpous -the principle that states no-one shall be detained without being formally accused of any crime. Aside from meaning that people can now be locked up for six weeks without even being charged of a crime the draft of this bill takes the authority for that decision out of the hands of judges, lawyers and investigators and places it firmly in the hands of the Home Secretary (part 2, section 22, schedule 1, section 40)

Of course once the home secretary has decided she wants to lock someone up for 42 days she has two days to make a statement to the house of commons stating she is satisfied the power is justified (Schedule 1, section41 part 3a). However this statement must not include the suspects name or any detail of why they are being detained (Schedule, section 41 part 5 a+b) Neither Parliament or the law lords will be able to overturn the Home Secretaries decision meaning if they disagree with the assessment their only recourse is to unseat the home secretary - a process that will take far longer then the 42 day detention period.

Clearly the circumventing of the entire British Legal system and giving the Home Secretary the power to lock people up for six weeks without a charge or any evidence being produced is the most dangerous part of this act but having read the entire thing in all it's tedious detail with this act the devil is most certainly in the detail because we also have;

Part 6, section 65 - specially appointed coroners. Since the inception of the coroner’s court system some 900 years ago the procedure for assigning a coroner to case was quite simple. The case goes tot he first available coroner in the jurisdiction the body lies. The counter terrorism bill changes all that because it gives the home secretary (again) the power to specially select a coroner and appoint them to a case (part 65 section 65 18A)

It is virtually impossible to see how changing the coroner system has any impact on the fight against terrorism because rather then being part of the investigation a coroners hearing normally occurs at the end of the investigation often years or even decades after the death occurred. Also there are extensive safeguards to keep coroners proceedings secret with Public Interest Immunities available for sensitive witnesses and even the possibility of the entire hearing being held in closed court.

It is worth noting though that recent coroner's inquests have been a source of great embarrassment to Gordon Browns government. Time and time again inquests into the deaths of soldiers such as that of the crash of the RAF Nimrod have helped shed light on New Labours despicable decision to send its soldiers into war in Iraq and Afghanistan without the proper equipment often costing them their lives in the interests of saving the treasury some cash.
Given the apparent lack of any security reason for these changes it is very hard not to conclude that they have been included in the act to stifle dissent and save the government its myriad of blushes. This conclusion is only reinforced when you learnt hat not only will the Home Secretary will have the power to appoint individual coroners she will also have the power to determine how much each coroner is paid for their case - a sort of legalisation of the bribing of judges.

The third part of the act which raises concern is;

Part 7, Section 77: Cost of policing gas facilities. This section gives the power to compel gas companies to pay for part or all of the cost of protecting their facilities from terrorist attack (fuel protests as they used to be known) While this provision has little impact on national security or civil liberties it does provide a worrying insight into the attitude of the New Labour government.

Pretty much since its inception the cost of policing and securing national infrastructure has been met through taxation, the levels of which are set democratically through debate in Parliament and representation at the ballot box. In passing this law the government is circumventing its responsibility to fund its own spending and placing that responsibility into the hands of unelected private companies. As these companies operate in a virtual monopoly they won't hesitate in passing on the increased costs onto you the consumer in the form of higher gas bills. No doubt the cabinet are already patting themselves on the back and telling each other how clever they are because by forcing a by proxy increase in fuel bills they leave the way open for a headline grabbing announcement on how they plan to tackle the price increase and show everyone that they do really care about the working poor.

In his speech welcoming the Japanese Prime Minister to London Gordon Brown announced that he would be pushing ahead with the counter terrorism bill in order to stick by his principles. In passing the bill he has most certainly done that it is just a shame that his over-riding principle of government is to avoid all and any of the responsibility that comes with the job of Prime Minister.

Tuesday 10 June 2008

Ladies and Gentlemen London's Crime Problem Has Been Solved.

That's the only conclusion I can reach because at about21:25 (GMT+1) the police helicopter began circling my house.

At about 21:35 I went out to establish that in fact it was the police helicopter and it was definatley circling my house.

At about 21:41 the police helicopter started shining it's spotlight through my front window.

At about 21:56 I phoned 999, the emergency number and politely requested the police fuck off.

At about 21:57 the police fucked off.

At about 21:58 I rolled a cigarrette.

At about 21:59 I went outside to smoke said fag at which point a police riot van drove past so I dilligently waved goodbye to them.

Needless to say earlier today the police had their demand for a pay rise firmly turned down.

Well call me John because I'm free

That was despite the police popping round to ask me to help them break into a neighbours house because apparently a local young girl might be forced of this mortal coil.

The main issue of they day though was my emergency psychiatric assessment. The key lines of dialougue from that event were;

Q. "Don't you think it's her choice where shes works?"

A. "No I think it's her employers."

and;

Q. "Are you the sort of man that will hold a grudge or can you move on?"

A. "If I'm allowed to move to on there's no grudge for me to hold."

So to continue in the theme of stating the blindingly obvious no I didn't get sectioned. It was rather intresting though to realise that they were still holding out hope that they will be provide a viable alternative that will meet criteria they neither know nor understand.

Now I'm just sitting here watching the Home Officer McNulty debate the counter terrorism bill and it's looking like a filibuster.

Monday 9 June 2008

Right what's the betting I'm going to get sectioned tommorrow?

Fresh from the weekend news that I won't be available for tomorrow's meeting with my favorite local charity and will have something to contribute to this weeks debate on detention without trial my Occupational Therapist/Social Worker has summoned me in for an emergency meeting tomorrow afternoon.

This will be an extra special meeting because it will also be attended by a psychiatrist. Now why I would like to think that he will be there to congratulate me, pay me a large sum of money and offer his professional opinion of how to effectively encourage certain elements to take the only course of action available to them. More realistically however I suspect he will be brought into carry out a mental health assessment of me which will no doubt conclude that I need to be detained under the mental health for a more accurate assessment which is a bit of a shame because I've played that game before and it's hard work and given the pressure on beds it's means I'll be needlessly taking up a resource that could be more effectively deployed elsewhere.

So if you don't hear from me for a couple of days you know why.

Saturday 7 June 2008

My last post clearly hit a nerve.

As soon as it was published the neat of convergence of several suicide stories in the media suddenly burnt out with an intense ferocity.

My favourite of these stories was the tale of a woman with MS who has launched a high court case to win the right to die by assisted suicide rather then choking to death. I don't think she'll be very successful because choking to death is almost something of an aspiration for the British Establishment.

The rest of the evening the seemed to following something of a well recognised pattern;

First there was anger as my father gave me one his stern metaphorical talking too's which actually included him using the phrase "When in Rome you should do as the Romans do" to which the only obvious response was "What engage in orgy of ego driven self-destruction which will only end in the fall of an Empire?"

Then there was denial when the Zimbabwe story became attached to the recurring phrase "Charities say ordinary people will suffer". This couldn't possibly be in reference to my charity because that would force us to believe that either all the scientific research, the governments policy and the establishment policy on the subject is wrong or in fact the Charities opinion doesn't really matter for shit.

Then there was depression as an Israeli minister made a strong statement calling for an attack on Iran and the world oil price made it's largest single day jump in a very long time.

Next there was bargaining as access to pornography was turned back at just the same time an opportunity to assist those who seem intent on destroying me and my friends was presented. When I failed to take it the pornography disappeared.

Finally there was acceptance as the pronography was turned back on although sadly at that point I didn't really care it's just nice to know things are not being withheld.

Today however has been a new day and despite the headlines that are clearly trying to convince someone change for the better is coming the minions have once again decided themselves that despite all evidence to the contrary a kicking contest is the way forward. Really you have to marvel at the strength of their never say succeed attitude.

Friday 6 June 2008

Well that's been a busy 15 hours so I'm here posting again.

The main thing I did today was was to phone up that non-governmental charity organisation to arrange a date for me to go and submit evidence to the investigation that already reached it conclusion on June 2nd.

Personally I'm a bit of a loss to see how the result of an investigation which failed to interview one of the three key witness could ever produce a result which is in anyway accurate but these people clearly have my best interests at heart so I phoned up the person arranging the investigation, incidentally she's also one of only three witnesses. I was hoping to tell her I would not be available on the suggested date of June 10th and we would need to arrange another one as June 10th is the date the Counter-Terrorism Bill 2008 is scheduled to be debated in Parliament although I suspect that is about to be changed.

Sadly though the woman in question, let's call her Cara was suddenly unavailable for a conversation she had herself requested. I would like to think that is because she and the other members of the board are now hurriedly shredding paper in an attempt to strike the results of the erroneous June 2nd meeting from the record. More realistically though suspect they've taken the news that they aren't quite the kings of the castle they thought they were like a kick in the balls and need a day to recover their egos before launching into yet another violent attack. Either that or they were all busy spending more of the councils money to boost their rather weak local PR exercise but that's pretty much the same thing really.

The other interesting issue of the day is yet another horror story coming out of Zimbabwe. This time the story is that Mugabe has told Non-Governmental Organisations to stop handing out food aid and thousands of people will now starve because of it.

This is nonsense because the human body can cope for a full six weeks without any food and Zimbabwe goes to the polls in just three weeks so it is highly unlikely that anyone, even the weakest will starve to death.

What the ban does mean though is that it will place restrictions on the movement of members of these mainly western Non-Governmental Organisations preventing them campaigning for the MDC. This is a reasonable constitutional concern because western governments have very strict rules to prevent foreign agencies intervening in their electoral process and I see no reason why Zimbabweans shouldn't be afforded the same protection especially as fat, white, American lesbians have this nasty habit of leading "spontaneous" protests of Zimbabwean women against the Mugabe regime.

Obviously these oh so easy to refute "horror stories" are being brought to my attention by MI6 in the hope that I will challenge them here on the Internet both making myself unpopular and convincing Mugabe that he has a friend in the west lulling him into a false sense of security.

I have to say that is a very good plan because it is in fact my plan, the one I instigated back in April 2008. Problem was that with MI6's mental light bulb glowing ever more dimly they called a halt to my plan and blew me out of the water. Now of course they've had two months to think it through and realise that yes my plan was good and their plan was shit they're trying to put it into place themselves. Sadly though two months have passed, the game has changed and they recently sent me a letter that my plans are not needed and they'd much rather continue in a kicking contest.

As the world can change in the blink of an eye or the stroke of a key the second I press enter to post this MI6 will change their tune and state that all of the above was in fact a feint and their real plan was for me to say all this so they could induce paranoia in the Mugabe regime which is strategically odd because when Mugabe's regime gets paranoid it gets violent and I think he's well aware he has very little to worry about.

Thursday 5 June 2008

Well the telephone gods are pissed of with me.

Sorry for the old two posts in one day but when a company your father had done a lot of business with in the past starts giving you silent phonecalls at 10pm clearly certain sections of the community are finding are the pace of the game slightly beyond them.

In the interests in finding out exactly what their problem is I think it's only fair I reveiw the major news stories of the day.

The first of which is a statement by the head of the British army who feels that traffic wardens are better treated then soldiers because by his working out soldiers get paid around £13,000 per year and traffic wardens get £17,000 per year. This comes as news to me because when I was working as a traffic warden I was getting paid just under £13,000 per year and that was based on a 70 hour week where I was paying higher rate tax and having to pay my own rent, pay my own food bills, pay my own gas bills and pay my own electricity bills, something you don't have to do if you're living in barracks. Also I do honestly think that I can statistically argue that more people have been shot on the streets of London then they have in the airport barracks at Basra.

I do think it is more important though to point out that the young lady from my previous post is getting paid just under £20,000 per year based on a 9-5 Monday to Friday.

The other major story of the day is that UK and US diplomats have been detained in Zimbabwe. The UK and US government have blown up a load of steam about how Mugabes repressive regime is breaching the Vienna convention. Zimbabwe's government has responded by stating that the diplomats detained were in fact distributing election material for the opposition. Given of the tone of the UK and US government denial of that statement I can only conclude that behaving undiplomatically and campaigning for the MDC was exactly what those diplomats were doing. Sorry if that's unpopular but that's my honest opinion.

Also I've received a letter from that rather suspicious charity informing me that they voted on my compliant on June 2nd and they wish to "discuss their findings with me". This does not bode well because if their vote was fair and accurate there is no need for further discussion they merely need to issue a letter of apology and sign a cheque to settle the issue of defamation out of court.

Just out of interest how do you know when your government wants you to kill someone?

I only ask because as you may know by now, I think I've mentioned it once or twice I have this little situation with an unfortunate young lady and a rather ineffective local charity organisation. As this situation was the results of an ill-conceived plan by someone not in full possession of the facts it is clearly not working. It is not working for me, it is not working for the government, it is not working for the organisation and it is not not working for the young lady concerned.

Obviously then this situation cannot be allowed to carry on for much longer. Sadly though due to limitations placed upon me the only way I can envisage me resolving this situation is through a quick, clean kill. As this step is morally unacceptable to me and totally at odd with a society I want to be a part of I have handed the responsibility to solving the situation on to the people who created it, the government.

I have taken this step because due to it's strength relative to me the government have a multitude of less violent solutions open too them.

For example they can offer the young lady a new, better job elsewhere which is better suited to her personality and qualifications. Of course this means the young lady will still represent a burden on the taxpayer but as the government thinks it is perfectly acceptable for the young lady to be a burden to the taxpayer in her current position I can only conclude this is considered something of a civilised solution in government circles.

The government could compel the organisation to move the young lady to another post within it's area of operations.

The government could also compel the organisation to terminate the young ladies employment. I know this seems a little harsh but if you understood the situation as I understand it (a step the government seem absolutely desperate to take) you would understand this is actually quite a humane act because it would allow the young lady the opportunity to address the issue of why she seems to need such a high level of government support to secure employment.

If the government is really at a loss to find a more creative solution, and I fear it may well be, it could simply tie the organisation down to the point that it's activities are distilled down to the one simple process of defending this young ladies employment.

As yet the government has refused to take any of the options that are available to them and as by now they must've realised that the situation cannot be allowed to fester I take only take their failure to act as an order that they wish for this young lady to be killed.

I have to say I am very disappointed by this news because if violence is all the government can conceive of then violence is all our society will ever have.

Wednesday 4 June 2008

Just had that meeting with the social worker/Occupational Therapist.

And it's best described as an establishment meeting where carefully using only publically availible information where we sort of got a vague sense of each other.

During that time we established four main things;

1. I have much greater knowledge of my condtion and how to solve it then she does.

2. My plan to solve of how my problems is accurate and valid.

3. The Enterprise House step is an essential part of that plan.

4. The Enterprise House stage cannot occur while Sadie is working there.

She then went on to try to encourage me to hold future sessions outside of the clinical environment where she hopes to put me at my ease and get me to fill in the blanks of my case while she pretends to be my bestest, bestest friend.

She agreed to contact Enterprise House to discover what steps they are taking to resolve thier situation and promised to look for alternative project that fits in with my criteria (one of which is that it must be on the Crystal Palace quadrant).

We've arranged a second appointment of June 16th which will prove something of an acid test to see if she is capable of assisting me with my rehabilitation. If she is not there clearly will be no need for any further appointments.

Tuesday 3 June 2008

So today must be Tuesday.

Personally I would never have noticed apart from the fact my internet connection has been down all day.

This meant that I've spent all afternoon dodging questions from my increasingly harrassed father before going out to a pre-arranged dinner with that same father. During the course of my drunken evening we discussed many of the key news issues of the day including the Max Mosley story (apparently one of the alleged prostitutes was the wife of a serving MI5 officer, go figure) and the story of Gazza's ever increasing decline.

Also showing up on the radar was the anti-terror bill, hillary clinton and Mugabe's speech at the UN but that only really provided a backdrop to an ongoing text-message dicsussion between me, my mother and my sister as to my sister's living relationship over the next year.

As that all came to an end I discovered that the old internet connection was suddenly availible again but as you may have realised at this point I am far to drunk .
