The Yanks Have Got a Sulk.

With my grandmother's cash reserves fast running out and the Olympics supposedly destroying my reputation the CIA have been trying to exploit my desperation to recruit me again with everybody in the business seeing this recruitment attempt. Without paying much attention I sort of dismissed it out of hand last night prompting something of an American tantrum. I am now reviewing the offer and might take a closer look but frankly the afore-mentioned means I am rather busy and the minimum terms are the minimum terms and that's not something that's going to change. So as with the Kevin Peiterson story it appears the Yanks have also failed at the recruitment stage. P*ss poor man management if you ask me.

Since writing this a coach/bus has crashed in Bath near Bristol, UK drawing obvious attention to Bristol. However if anything it only serves to highlight the Brits worrying lack of focus. You see if I was in their position I'd be more worried about having to re-open every single case presided over by Mrs Patricia Hodge, Mr Denzil Lush and Croydon Magistrates court including the Madeline McCann case. So seeing as how I'm in a strangely good mood I'll make a limited time offer. Provided my grandmother's power of attorney is overturned and all relevant arrests at the local level (hospital, GP's, Care home. solicitor, Whitgift Estate etc) are made and verified by next Friday (24/8/12) I'll allow Hodge and Lush to resign without prejudice provided that co-incides with them making a series of bad investments that leaves them living on nothing but the basic state pension. Either that or a couple of car bombs should fix it.

Prince Phillip is now faking another health scare. It's something to do with the fact that the people injured in the Bath bus/coach crash were members of a US band "Baroness" so it does look like Britain put a kill order on a group of US citizens. That's the sort of thing that would leave me feeling a little unwell too.

Britain has now declared that Prince Phillip is in hospital following a re-occurrence of the Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) that he suffered from during the Diamond Jubilee celebrations. As is was then this is a counter-argument in my grandmother's case by blaming her altered mental status on delirium caused by a UTI rather then the drug abuse and severe stress. All this does is force me to ask if anyone in Britain has actually bothered to read the case file that was being handed out at nation's information stalls at the COP18/CMP8?

If they had they would know that the initial diagnosis prior to admission was delirium caused by a UTI. However after admission the doctors then treated the UTI with anti-psychotics such as haliperidol and risperidone. These cured the UTI and the associated delirium which in itself is a bit of a medical miracle because anti-psychotics are not exactly known for their germ killing properties. After the UTI had been cleared the doctors then did a brain scan which disproved the earlier diagnosis of vascular dementia and then diagnosed non-specific dementia without doing a mental state examination and even though the results of the less rigorous mini-mental state examination were completely inconsistent with the recognised symptoms of dementia. Therefore in terms of getting Mrs Hodge, the hospital and the nursing home off the charges of unlawful imprisonment for monetary gain (kidnap & ransom) and perverting the course of justice bringing up the UTI is about as useful as bringing up the fact my grandmother once broke her wrist when she was about 14 years old. In fact the bizarre treatment of the UTI could well be used as evidence for the prosecution.
