Late Tuesday night local time a gunman entered a venue where the first female premier of the French Canadian province of Quebec was making her victory speech shouted the "English are waking up!" before opening fire with a handgun killing one member of the audience. During the para-Olympics and the US Democrat National Convention (DNC) this was a British attempt to promote discussion about the Gabrielle Giffords Tuscon shooting specifically to assess if people believe my analysis that it was Britain and Republican supporting members of the US intelligence community attempting to make sure that the Republicans did well at the 2012 mid-term elections.
