Justin Bieber: Still Only 19.

Assuming all has been well Canadian (US owned) pop-star Justin Bieber has now successfully completed the final concert of the UK leg of his tour. However between last night's medical emergency and tonight's concert he found time to have a scuffle with a photographer outside his London hotel which can be seen here at TMZ; http://www.tmz.com/2013/03/08/justin-bieber-fight-photog-bouncers-london-video/

Primarily this was done to show the world that Justin Bieber has in fact been staying at the same hotel as Rihanna used during her trip to London for the retail launch of her River Island clothing line. I think Bieber's main reason for bringing this to the world's attention was to provoke discussion about why she didn't come a knockin. However assuming that Bieber can't be trusted to book his own hotel rooms I would say the real reason is to globally raise the question of whether Rihanna's new ex-US Secret Service bodyguards have given her the talk about routines being really bad for security plans. After all with the trouble he's caused they're not going to be welcoming her back anytime soon.

Dressed in Chavez red Bieber wore a woolly hat bearing the numerals 1994 - the year of his birth - in order to explain why he's - at best - got a limited idea of who Hugo Chavez was. This ensemble along with his worn up hair left Bieber resembling 'Dappy' from "N-Dubz."

If you do not know who Dappy or N-Dubz are then your life is a richer and sweeter place then mine. However along with 'Fazer' and Tulisa "Sex-Tape" Contostavlos Dappy apparently formed the band N-Dubz in 2008 and they proceeded to sell some records to some idiots. However more recently Dappy is more famous for being convicted of affray (basically fighting in a public place) after a fight at a petrol station. On February 15th 2013 (15/2/13) he was sentenced to 6 months in prison suspended for 18 months. In sentencing the Judge explained that the leniency of the sentence was to avoid damaging Dappy's musical career.

This is exactly the argument Chris Brown's team will be using on April 5th 2013 (5/4/13) to argue why he couldn't possibly be sent to prison. I would say he probably stands a chance if we were only talking about the assault on Rihanna or if we were only talking about the fight with Frank Ocean (public order offence). However as we're talking about the assault on Rihanna, the fight with Frank Ocean and multiple probation breaches along with multiple counts of fraud, perverting the course of justice and bribing public officials I would would say that he's going to be charged, released with strict bail conditions and then tried properly long after Rihanna's Diamond's tour has ended.

However the important thing to remember is that if I going to be forced to manage Rihanna, Justin Bieber and Chris Brown I'm going to want paying.

00:40 on 9/3/13.
