So if I was part of Raila Odinga's legal team I would accept that Kenya's burgeoning IT industry is world beating. So rather then getting dragged into an ugly argument about whether 500,000 ballots have been excluded I would instead accept the IEBC's figure and frame my argument around the 58,000 excluded ballots.

Then of course there is the issue of the some 200,000 ballots that seem to have mysteriously disappeared from the manual count. But as I've always say; I need detail for detail.
