Bosco Ntaganda aka The Terminator.

Today the leader of Rwandan March 23rd (M23) rebels in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) Bosco Ntaganda sensationally handed himself in at the US Embassy in Kigali, Rwanda. In a clear provocation to the US over the emergency United Nations Security Council (UNSC) session on the Democratic People's Republic of Korea's nuclear test and the scheduled meeting on Syria the news was broken almost live by Rwandan Foreign Minister Louise Mushikiwabo on Twitter.

Ntaganda earned himself the nickname "The Terminator" because in the 23 years he's spent murdering, raping and mutilating his way through the DRC and surrounding nations he proved himself to be an almost unstoppable killing machine that places no value on human life. It is bizarre then that he has requested that the US hand him over to the International Criminal Court (ICC) to answer an arrest warrant they issued for him in 2006. This puts the US in an incredibly difficult position because if they send Ntaganda to the ICC he will likely reveal the details of how through Rwanda Britain has been fuelling the seemingly endless conflicts that have gripped DRC for decades. If that happens it is the US very publicly declaring that it's allegiance with the UK is over and will most likely lead to the collapse of the Rwandan government possibly plunging that country back into civil war. If the US fails to hand Ntaganda over it will be them very publicly declaring that their support for both the ICC and the UN is over.

So as I've been warning from the start if the US continues to kick out against the world by protecting Chris Brown the world is simply going to kick back. A lot f*cking harder.

Therefore I stand by my initial reaction that David Hockney's assistant Dominic Elliot simply couldn't take the pace. This could promote discussion about why a man of Hockney's obvious talents was employing a pretty boy of such limited ability as his assistant. However Hockney's been openly gay for years now.
