I Think I've Cracked it.

The problem of alternating between gym sessions and back injuries that is. Using the fly wheel from the exercise bike I broke with my fat ass I've rigged up a device that allows me to cycle while sitting in a chair. It's no where near as high impact as actually going to the gym but it's certainly more high impact then simply sitting on the sofa eating crisps.

Actually at around 10:30 on 2/5/12 I've just got out of bed and might just spend the afternoon sitting on the sofa eating crisps. That's a a shame because I really need to come up with something about tomorrow's local elections.
