I am currently watching the first 10 minutes of Mr Issa's Congressional Hearing on the Benghazi attacks. So while I wait for the following 4 hours and 20 minutes to download I should probably give you the short version; Prior to the 11/9/12 attacks the USA and Libya were kind of friends but more US boots on the ground could've seriously jeopardised that friendship. Obviously how that relationship continues depends a lot on the upcoming Presidential debate on foreign policy. In the meantime have you tried paying them more because I'm really struggling to find that next 4'20"
