Basically Blackberry have come around to my way of thinking and agreed that the price I should pay for using their network is me using their network. Unfortunately my cell provider O2 doesn't see it this way and is rather childishly withholding the security certificate preventing my handset connecting to the Blackberry network. It's hardly O2's fault though because they're coming under a lot of pressure from the Brits to force me onto Vodaphone because due to their very low tax bill the Brits find it much easier to police access to the Vodaphone network or the Three network which is why Three have been given priority to the new 4G wireless Internet services.
