Apparently they still do that. This year (2011) it was presented to Mark Cavandish and his big titted wife in Salford, Manchester. So I suppose it is a little too late to nominate Simon Baker for his appalling decision not to take a penalty in the 2009 Haiti V the rest of the world match because now he's lost his Aussie cards I don't suppose he's got much else apart from his ego.
