Good News on the Hacking/Murder Front.

In response to the scandal the Vauxhall motor company and the HBOS/Lloyds banking group have announced they have pulled advertising with the News of the World newspaper. So NotW readers will no longer have to be exposed to adverts for crap cars and broken banks.

Also at Prime Ministers Questions David Cameron announced that any action on the matter will have to follow due process demonstrating that he is aware of the concept. So I assume he's already been in contact with Croydon Magistrate's Court and I will be receiving a copy of the summons they've sent out to the Notting Hill Housing Trust on Friday (8/7/11). After all that is the due process. Not an enquiry, a Judicial review or a debate in Parliament but a simple prosecution and conviction.
