Gets flown in country on a US diplomatic flight with a very wide and fixed air corridor. He is then held at the local US Embassy until Rihanna requests that he is deployed to her hotel. That it because while tours can be stressful it would be good for her to be given permission to view the relationship as everyone else sees. After all the little stunt in Ivory Coast very nearly counts as a war crime.
Of course by being forced to lay down the red lines on line it makes it almost in impossible for Rihanna to ever get the stench off her. But you know, great management(!)
