Yesterday (20/2/13) it was announced that disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong wouldn't be giving evidence under oath to US anti-doping authorities. This was pretty obviously the US accepting that I won't be playing along on the Rihanna thing until there is evidence from their side that they are seeking a positive outcome.
The Lance Armstong link does though touch on something that has been pretty much lost in the sands of time. When Armstrong's interview with Oprah Winfrey was broadcast Rihanna and Chris Brown were together in a recording studio. As in the code I'm Lance Armstrong and Rihanna did a very in-depth interview with Winfrey about her relationship with Brown this was supposed to generate all sorts of speculation about Rihanna's and Brown's emotional responses to the interview. The fight with Frank Ocean was a very expensive way for Brown's handlers to discover that actually nobody gave a sh*t.
Last night Frank Ocean won the BRIT award for best international male. That seems to be Britain hinting that they too think Brown's Court date needs to be moved up.
