Over this nuisance matter. I wanted to confirm they'd received the evidence I submitted to the on September 21st and confirm that the date of the hearing is still set for October 12th. As it's now past lunchtime most of their staff had left for the day. The person I did speak to had no idea what was going on but did give me the number of someone who might know whats going on but I'll have to call them tomorrow.
I suspect the Court is still working under the belief that if they ignore this it will all go away. It won't so I suggest that when I call tomorrow I get a better response.
