Labour Are Out.

With around 30 seats left to declare in the UK election the Conservatives are on 291, Labour are on 251 and the LibDems are on 52 seats. If the remaining seats declare the result they are predicted it will be mathematically impossible for Labour and the LibDems to form a coalition. The LibDems have already approached the Conservatives to form a coalition although the Conservatives don't really need to. The price the LibDems will be demanding for this coalition is electoral reform.

Personally I cannot see how that will be good for Britain. A change to the voting system the country's used for the last 100 years should be a matter for a national referendum not a secret deal between two men neither of whom have been given a mandate to lead by the electorate.

Plus the country is facing the worst economic and social crisis' in a generation. It would be better if our elected representatives spent their time sorting those problems out rather then arguing over the complexities of proportional representation.
