Today I've filled out that N130, application for an interim possession order and sent it to CAYSH. Obviously this is pretty much meaningless because it hasn't been sent to the Court and I can't file for possession for a property I don't own.
However it does mean that I can now say with 100% certainty that Charlie from CAYSH has all the necessary, completed paperwork to gain possession of 50 Beechwood Avenue in 24 hours. All he needs to do is sign it.
