On the plus side I've finished the 20 Lambert&Butler I got off my father for Christmas. In a long and complicated story I issue my father with a multi-pack of these henceforth known as "Dad Fags" every year. The good news is that since the old days when they were about 1.1mg nicotine they've down graded it to about 0.9mg. At this point 23:57 it feels like I'm just smoking chemicals designed to make me buy another pack of 20 at around £7.
