Abu Qatada Loses Out.
Although it accepted his right to appeal the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has rejected Abu Qatada's appeal against his extradition to Jordan. This is either the ECHR suddenly agreeing with the UK or telling them that if they want to continue their dialogue with Jordan over Syria they're going to have to delay Qatada's extradition themselves. Judging by the way that Clinton's Cards have been pulled Britain seems unlikely to delay the extradition by more then an few months. Even the US seem to be getting with the program by admitting that the second underwear bomber was a Saudi agent although I personally would have kept that quiet to use it as leverage to keep the oil and natural gas price down.
