Interesting.

I was out getting my haircut when I remembered that I'd forgotten to take my phone with me. It was then my grandmother's GP walked in to get his haircut which was in no way tense. When I returned I checked my phone and had a message from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) asking me to call them back. I did so but they weren't available so now I'm waiting for them to call me back. They finish at 16:00. I'm sure they're just calling to confirm that the Secretary of State for health will be imposing a intervention order against the LHA.
