Following a week of scandal over phone hacking News International have announced that they've had enough and will close the News of the World newspaper after 168 years. The final edition will be published on Sunday July 10th 2011.
Personally I think that was the wrong decision because I could see the whole scandal blowing over in a week or two. However am I the only one a bit worried that it now seems the British government can shut down newspapers it doesn't like.
