Sorry I Woke Up.

Today I've been busy. First I faxed a formal request for the statutory nuisance judgement to Croydon Magistrate's Court.

Secondly I faxed a request for the following information to Marson's, Presentation Housing Association's lawyers;

  • A full floor plan of the property.
  • The names of all tenants who have occupied the property between 1/1/07 and present.
  • Copies of all tenancy agreements between Presentation and those tenants.
  • A detailed description of how past tenants came to vacate the property. This includes copies of all written warnings and legal notices served.
  • The last known address of any past tenants.
  • Copies of all contracts between Presentation and their managing agents Croydon Association for Young Single Homeless (CAYSH).
  • Copies of all correspondence between Presentation or CAYSH and Croydon council, the police, the fire service and the ambulance service.
Finally I hand served a 21 day statutory nuisance notification on the rear, ground floor occupant of 50 Beechwood Avenue. The clears the way for me to have them homeless and penniless just in time for Christmas. I know that sounds harsh but to cause them as much stress as possible CAYSH having been telling the occupants that the only way they can stay in the property is by not using electric lights, TV's, radios etc. The occupants have actually believed them so clearly something needs to be done.

I think we can all guess which of these three options will pay off first. So that's poor people fighting amongst themselves, David Cameron must be positively erect with excitement right about now.
