Transport Troubles

i can't get to a full sized keyboard so the badminton thing will have to wait until later.

however on day 5 of the 2012 public transport games london's overground rail network is having significant problems at "cannon street" and "london bridge." engineers have been working overnight at "cannon street" on a signal/track fault. i doubt i'd understand the technical aspects even if i had them but this sounds like a big problem that might require a section of the track being replaced to fix. therefore please be patient.

the problems at "london bridge" seem to be totally fake. designed to significantly disrupt travel to and from the games, create suspicion about the "cannon street" problem and suck everyone into britain's 'black wednesday' set peice. this refers to the first wednesday in august when britain's medical students suddenly become doctors. it's long been recognised as the worst day of the year to go into hospital but this year the government has got some fancy mentoring system it wants to talk about
