2 Hours 46 Minutes.

That's how long it took between the news that a cyclist had been killed in a collision with an Olympic bus breaking and calls for a Critical Mass bicycle ride to take place at the Olympic park on the penultimate day of events of Friday August 10th (10/8/12) started to appear on the Internet. As a far as I know none of the people who are usually involved in Critical Mass have endorsed this call but now it's up on the Internet all it will take is for one cyclist to turn up and most of the police will use it as an excuse to block all the roads around the Olympic park with their vans.

13:15 on 2/8/12.

Edited at around: 13:35 on 2/8/12 to add:

On the topic of police vans blocking roads I've just been up to the shop to buy a paper. On my way there, a couple of streets away from home I came across a van load TSG doing what appeared to be a post-arrest property search. Well more accurately I saw I a van load of TSG standing around trying to figure how to get into a property in order to search it.
